They are an IWF standard 450mm diameter with collor opening of 50.40mm. These high grade bumpers are durable, low bounce and made from pure virgin rubber with Sanguine raised molded logo in yellow. They are high performance and economical choice for any training facility.

    The one missing star is for a delay in shipping by one day.. however, amazing quality of the plates..and just one constructive criticism would be to reduce the thickness of the plates so that you can load more on the barbell

    Other than that, highly recommend buying!!!

    I would have loved to have the colored ones at similar price points.The delivery was delayed by a week and had to be escalated to Fedex.

    i have the 10 15 an 20kg options amazing plates just wish the colored ones are a little cheaper though.
