Best Heavy rope in India
The ball bearing action is smooth, and the rope is a good amount of heavy, perfect for practicing improving one's rhythm in different footwork. Even for a novice skipper, it will help a lot in bringing the sync between jumping and swinging rope. It will feel more controlled because of it's weight.
