UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT: Please check for any manufacturer’s defects prior to first use. If any are found, do not use the product and contact us immediately. Please keep the original packaging secure with you for returning the product (if require) without original packaging it won't be possible for us to return /replace the item. CARE YOUR BAR: Store the bar in a clean and dry environment and for cleaning wipe it with a damp cloth or a stiff nylon bristle brush to clean the knurl. Please apply a sewing machine oil twice or thrice in a week for healthy life of the bar. This way the bar last for years. WARRANTY: Sanguine 20kg Hybrid "M" Men's Training Bar is covered by a one (1) year warranty for manufacturer’s defects and faults. The warranty does not include bending due to negligent/faulty/ abusive uses which includes dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping without securing the plates with collars. It does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage such as rust and coating chips. Please always use good conditioned plates or bumpers during workout.
