SHIPPING:
- Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping is inclusive on all items or fixed shipping on several products if any applicable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
- Unsatisfied with the Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase.
- For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
- You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All items must include original packaging. Customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
- Clearance item sales are final. Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Sanguine Sports are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for shipping charges. In case of Free Ship items 10% of the order value or ₹100/- whichever is higher will be forfeited.
- Will accept returns of items that have not been used.
- Issue of refund upon receipt of unused merchandise.
- Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent, you may return the items to the address below:
WARRANTY: All products are warrantied for manufacturer’s defects and faults. The warranty does not include the normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. Kindly, check the Warranty Tab on the product page for the respective warranties. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website.
*Note: Local taxes and duties if any applicable at destination will be borne by the customer only. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
